Linda will share her experiences moving from a large garden to a new, much smaller garden in Port Ludlow, Washington. Despite the size, Linda has created a naturalistic meadow incorporating native plants that is both beautiful and environmentally friendly.

Accompanied by her stunning photos, her program will include tips on choosing the right native plants for your garden, how to create a meadow style garden even in a small space, and which native plants fit the naturalistic style.

About Linda Cochran

Before moving to Port Ludlow, I had a large well known garden on Bainbridge Island which I created over the 20 years I lived there. Since moving to Port Ludlow in 2013, I have developed my much smaller garden, using a lot of natives that I grow from seed. It is not an exclusive native garden, however. I also spend a lot of my time hiking to see and photograph wildflowers in the Pacific Northwest.
